A big “Thank You” to you, our fans
It has been a month since we finished our first season in the National League, and we are now focussing our efforts during the summer in preparation for September, and the start of the 2022-23 season.
At the end of the season, we asked you, our fans, for feedback, and we were overwhelmed with the number of responses – well over 300 – and we would like to thank everybody that got involved.
What is great to hear is that for those who have followed the Knights, the experience on match night has been a positive one. Almost 95% of fans who responded said their experience of supporting the Knights was ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ – a 5-Star rating!
Another valuable piece of feedback was to know how likely you would recommend the Knights to a friend, or a colleague and we were delighted to hear that nearly 90% ‘scored’ this as a 9 or a 10 out of 10. Key to this, we believe, is how family-friendly our match nights are, and we hope this encourages more people into “The Castle” next season.

You told us how great the match night atmosphere has been, and you also commented on the friendliness of fans, staff and our volunteers, and particularly, the willingness of the players to interact with fans.

Critical for us is to know how we can improve and what we can do to make the fan experience even better. You provided us with some valuable feedback, adding to issues we have identified in our own review of the year, and we are actioning a number of these during the summer.
For us, the ‘Fan’s Voice’ is important. The feedback you have given is very much appreciated yet we also want to make improvements and make every game …
