The Leeds Knights are excited to add another piece to the puzzle for the 2022-23 season, as we re-sign high-scoring defenseman turned forward… #14 Lewis Baldwin!

We’re delighted to be bringing back a key-piece of the Knights’ core, and Lewis has been a part of ice hockey in Leeds since its inception. Lewis is a bright spark at only 22 years old and with A full season at NIHL level now under his belt, Baldwin will be looking to improve his game even more.

Lewis brings a lot of speed, energy and a wicked shot to the Knights’ roster, a shot that has proven deadly in some pivotal games such as the Autumn Cup Semi-Finals where he got a brace to help send the Knights to the Final! His attacking attributes are sure to be at play even more this upcoming season, as he joins us as a forward. However, his versatility, special teams ability and more, we’re extremely happy to have secured his services for 22-23.

On re-signing Lewis is also looking forward to another season in Leeds colours, “I’m really happy to be back at the castle – I’m already excited to get the season going”.
