The Morley Glass Leeds Knights are excited to be able to confirm the return of #44 Jordan Griffin for his third season as a Knight!

Jordan has been a mainstay of our defensive cover since our inception, and last season he was a massive part of our League and Playoff championship victories. Jordan has played 91 games in the blue and yellow so far, picking up 27 points in the process and just over 150 penalty minutes.

Towards the end of the season Jordan was playing more than 30 minutes a night and that’s just part of the reason he was such an important re-signing for Head Coach Ryan Aldridge – “Bringing Jordan back was a no-brainer for me, he had an incredible season and was a big part of the team playing some big minutes towards the end. He’s always there to make the right defensive plays and to stick up for the guys when we need it and I’m looking forward to seeing more of the same come September.”

On his return, Jordan is also looking forward to it – “I’m really excited to be back in Leeds for a third season, we had a great year winning 2 trophies and hopefully we can do something similar again in the 23-24 season.”
