The Leeds Knights Supporters Club are supporting a local charity Leeds Baby Bank and are reaching out for donations, to support your local community in this time of need.

Leeds Baby bank mission is to support families in and around Leeds with baby essentials to ensure that no child goes without. From nappies and formula, to stairgates, buggies, clothing and toys, the charity aims to provide all that is needed to support families in caring for children aged 0-5.

Over 170,000 people in Leeds are estimated to be in relative poverty after housing costs. It is estimated there are at least 33,000 children living in poverty in Leeds – (that’s around 20 per cent in comparison to 17 per cent nationally.) It is also thought that these figures are under-representative of the true number of children living in poverty.

Donations

If you would like to donate anything small, please drop this off at the supporter’s club table if you have any larger preloved items like Prams, travel cots, highchairs, safety gates etc then please email supporters.club@leedsknights.com and we will arrange collection.
