Leeds Knights Talent Identification Trial
With the 22-23 season a short 4 months away, our preparations are going up a notch. This May the 29th at 16:15-17:30 our recently appointed Head Coach Ryan Aldridge is hosting a Talent Identification Trial with the Leeds Knights! The event will be run by Head Coach Aldridge, and he will be accompanied by several past and present Leeds Knights players, as we search for the players of the future!
A key focus for our new head coach has always been the development of players and upcoming talents of British ice hockey, and that’s no different now. Ryan is on the hunt for young players that are wanting to further their development as well as make that jump to the next tier of British ice hockey.
As well as this Invitational Trial being open to younger players, Head Coach Ryan Aldridge is also excited at the prospect of ANY players attending the event – “I am looking forward to meeting, working with and watching some talented players that we hope will one day play for the Knights. We are holding this event to get to know and form relationships with players I have never met or watched from ‘The North’ and even if they may not be with us next season, if I can help with anything throughout their season or maybe they were to join us in the future – everybody wins.”
The event is entirely open to anybody that wishes to apply, and you can register your interest via this form. Following your registration of interest, Head Coach Ryan Aldridge will go through all applicants and inform you of your acceptance to the trial using the contact details provided.
Whether you’re a bright young spark that wants to develop into a professional, or a current player craving that next challenge in the form of the NIHL National Division – register your interest for our Talent Identification Trial now!
