Guinness Homes, part of The Guinness Partnership, will be our Match Night Sponsors for our final game in November when we take on Bees IHC in “The Castle!” on Saturday 25th of November.

Guinness Homes is currently delivering the largest development in their 130-year history at Points Cross, near Leeds Docks and the Royal Armouries Museum. This development will provide 928 shared ownership apartments within a dynamic community close to Leeds city centre.

Amy Gooder, North regional sales manager, Guinness Homes, said:

“As the completion of the Points Cross shared ownership apartments edges closer, we are proud to deepen our connection with the local community, and being able to sponsor Leeds Knights is a fantastic opportunity.”

“As part of our sponsorship, we’re giving away 10 VIP tickets (five pairs) to the match against Bees IHC. If you’re a Leeds Knights fan looking to make the first step on the property ladder, keep an eye on Points Cross Instagram page from the 13th-22nd November, or attend our ‘First Time Buyer’s Toolkit’ workshop on the 18th of November at neighbouring Fearns at Leeds Dock to be in with the chance of winning.”

This will be the second visit this season of the Bees to “The Castle!”, with the Knights taking the honours back in October in a tight game. The Bees have started the season well and will provide a stern test for the Knights with the prolific scoring pairing of Dominik Gabaj and Marcel Balaz to watch out for.

The Guinness Partnership was established in 1890 by Edward Cecil Guinness, the great-grandson of the founder of The Guinness Brewery. Founded with a £200,000 donation to set up The Guinness Trust, the equivalent of at least £25 million today, Edward Cecil Guinness wanted to help improve the lives of ordinary people, many of whom could not afford decent homes. That commitment can still be seen today, with Guinness Homes helping thousands of people get on the property ladder through shared ownership.
