Innes Gallacher Returns to Leeds Knights for 2025/26 Season
The Morley Glass Leeds Knights are delighted to confirm that forward Innes Gallacher will be returning for the 2025/26 season.
A dynamic presence on the ice, Gallacher played a key role in last season’s success, contributing 10 goals and 11 assists as the Knights continued their success capturing a third NIHL National League title as well as the NIHL National Cup.
Gallacher’s return marks another important piece of the puzzle as the club looks to build on that incredible run of form. He has already lifted two NIHL National League titles with the Knights and was a crucial part of the squad that captured the club’s first ever NIHL National Cup in 2024/25, a milestone moment in Leeds Knights history, scoring in the final against Romford Raiders.
Head Coach Ryan Aldridge commented: “Innes is a player who gives us energy, speed, and consistency. He has a heavy shot and played a big part in our group last year. He’s grown every year he’s been here, and we look forward to seeing his growth this season. We’re thrilled to have him back with us another year.”
Speaking about his return, Innes Gallacher said: “It means a lot to be back with the Knights. Last season was special, winning the Cup and being part of this team’s journey has been incredible. The support from the fans is second to none, and I’m excited to get going again and push for even more success in 2025/26.”
The Knights are building something special, and with Innes Gallacher back in the fold, the 2025/26 campaign promises to be another thrilling ride for players and supporters alike.
