We’re really excited to unveil our special edition Remembrance jersey design! The jersey is predominantly black with a grey trim. It also features a prominent band of poppies around the centre of the jersey as well as a poppy on the chest!
The Knights will wear the special Remembrance-themed jersey, which we will debut the week before, for our game on Remembrance Sunday, 10th November 2024. The jerseys the players wear will be used in ‘shirt off the back raffles’ and auctioned off following the game with a portion of the profits going to charity.
Make sure you get your tickets as your Morley Glass Leeds Knights take on the Bespoke Guardians Swindon Wildcats. At the game we will honour the brave Armed Forces and their families from Britain and the Commonwealth who served for our country. The game starts at 17:15 with doors opening at 16:15.
We will be welcoming Armed Forces personnel and paying tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
This moving night will feature a pre-game ceremony, including a wreath laying, the playing of the last post, a 2 minutes silence and a tribute to those who have made a sacrifice for our country. It’s a chance for our community to come together, pay our respects, and reflect on the significance of Remembrance Day.
