Leeds Knights – Volunteer Stream Team Member


Are you passionate about hockey and live sports broadcasting? Do you want to be part of the Leeds Knights game-day experience? We’re looking for a committed, enthusiastic hockey fan to join our volunteer stream team and help bring our live broadcasts to life!


About the Role:


As part of the Leeds Knights stream team, you’ll assist in producing high-quality live game streams using vMix, ensuring fans at home get the best possible viewing experience. You’ll work behind the scenes to set up the live stream and cameras and assist as technical support, all while capturing the energy of live hockey action.


You will be reporting to our Stream Producer, who coordinates the entire broadcast on game nights and ensures everything runs smoothly.


What You’ll Do:


• Operate vMix to manage live broadcasts

• Work alongside our producer, camera operator, commentator, and the game-night team to ensure smooth production

• Create and manage graphics, scoreboards, and sponsored content during streams.

• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

• Help enhance the overall production value, making each game an engaging experience for fans.

What We’re Looking For:


• A committed individual who can dedicate time to home game nights.

• An enthusiastic hockey fan with a passion for live sports production.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, live environment.

• Basic technical knowledge of streaming, cameras, and preferably vMix

• A team player who can communicate and collaborate with the Stream Producer and other volunteers.
