The Leeds Junior Knights are back on the ice, working with future generations of Knights players. Play-off Champions Bali Pakozdi, Edgars Vengis, Jonas Bennett and Head Coach Ryan Aldridge are amongst those passing on their knowledge.
They are also joined by power skating and skills coach Nikolas Sturmankin who worked with Stanley Cup winners Marian Gaborik and Zdeno Chara.
LJK director of hockey Seth Bennett said: "It is something we have done for the past few years with the Junior Knights, it is a great time to work on the skills and get back to basics for players of all ages.
"This week we have players who just started skating this summer on our younger camp. It is amazing to have the likes of Bali, Jonas and Edgars on the ice passing on their knowledge and inspiring the next generation."
As well as the younger players, there is a pre-season camp for those junior players preparing for a season of senior hockey.
"We are very lucky to be able call on Sturmi and Ryan to offer a level of skill development, that most 15-18 year olds don't have access to. The camp is optional and we are delighted that so many of the players have taken the option to work on their game.
"I think it says a lot about the desire of the Knights to keep bringing through young players, that Ryan wants to be part of this and gives so much time and knowledge to the junior club." Bennett added.
This season all but two of the Knights 2 players, will have played junior hockey in Leeds. They begin their pre-season a week on Saturday in Sheffield and then the following night in Whitley Bay.
