Lewis Baldwin's Barmy Army can ring through The Castle in 24/25 and 25/26
Lewis has been a mainstay in the Knights defense, having been a part of the club since its inception he has played in over 175 games, scored 16 times and assisted 61 goals. And this new deal, sees him remain with the club until the end of the 25/26 season!
23/24 was more of the same for Lewis, playing in 64 Games, scoring 3 goals and grabbing 21 assists, including 2 game-winning goals and a 100% Win-Rate as a bench coach - and a countless amount of blocked shots.
This re-signing is sure to guarantee another season of “Lewis Baldwin’s Barmy Army” chants to be heard in rinks across the NIHL, with Lewis’ importance to the Knights’ recent success being noticed by both the fans, and Head Coach Ryan Aldridge – “He puts his body on the line every single night, every single shift. He’s still only 24 which I think is easy to forget, he plays with a lot of maturity and has been a huge part of our defensive core.”
Lewis is pleased to be staying at The Castle for his fourth season and fifth, saying – "I'm looking forward to being back at The Castle this September, it’s been a great 3 years so far and for me it was an easy choice to stay and hopefully keep building on what we’ve got here in Leeds over the next two seasons.”
