1. We receive a list of data from those who book tickets at www.iceaccount.co.uk (via Planet Ice Leeds).

This information may include the following: Full name, address, telephone number, email address

2. Subscription of the newsletter via homepage of our website

This information will include First name, email address & any other information the user willing specified on sign up. This could be as much as date of birth, full address & mobile number.

3. Opt-in through a social media competition.

This can include full name, email address and telephone number.

4. Paper forms for items such as season tickets, contracts or packages.

This information can include your full name, address, email, telephone number and signature. These are stored securely.

We use this information to contact you periodically regarding news, updates, tickets information and for all Leeds Knights hockey related marketing. From time to time we will send you information relating to our sponsors in our newsletter.

Away Fans will only receive emails from us regarding games their team is involved in or content relating to their team.

Links from our website

When someone visits our website, we use a third party site called ‘google analytics’ to collect data on visitors behaviour, patterns, this information does not identify anyone, we do not make any attempts to personally identify those who are visiting our website. Our website may, from time to time, contain a link to and from the website of third parties that we permit to make such links (Articles, Sponsor sites etc). If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
