The Morley Glass Leeds Knights are excited to confirm that after a blistering start to the 22-23 season, we’re in the National Cup Semi-Final!

This will be our second semi-final as a club, in just our second year, and we’re looking forward to the occasion.

On our confirmed qualification to the next round, Head Coach Ryan Aldridge said, “It’s nice for the guys to get rewarded for the start we’ve had and it’s exciting for them and for the club.”

Head Coach Ryan Aldridge also said how he’s proud of the team in everything they’ve done in the last 11 weeks, “I’m proud of the team for getting where we’ve got to so far, and to reach a semi-final by the hard work early in the season is amazing. Hopefully we can push on through and get to the final.”

As well as Ryan Aldridge being proud of the team, our captain #12 Kieran Brown had some great words to say on the Knights’ start to the season, “We have worked really hard to get where we are, and hopefully that can continue, and we can bring something back to the Castle!”

While we wait for the remaining cup games to be played and the top 4 of the cup stage to be confirmed, our focus remains on our league campaign – which continues this weekend against the Telford Tigers.
