The Morley Glass Leeds Knights are delighted to announce the addition of Sheffield-born defenseman, Thomas Barry into the team for the remainder of the 22-23 season.

Tom brings with him an abundance of experience at this level, having play for the Sheffield Steeldogs from 2016 until 2021, when he made the switch to tomorrow’s opponents, the Peterborough Phantoms, after a short stint with the Widnes Wild. Tom has played 54 games for the Phantoms, 9 of which were this season.

Tom joins us as ahead of a massively important weekend, which we begin at 16:30 tomorrow, in our top of the table clash against the 2^nd place Peterborough Phantoms.

Head Coach Ryan Aldridge said “I’m happy to be bringing in someone of the calibre that he brings, and I’m looking forward to see how he fits in with the guys we’ve got and to see him on the ice. We’ve had a good start so far, and I think Tom is a guy that can help us continue how we’ve started.”
