Two games, two Halloween celebrations and plenty of treats! Leeds Knights are preparing for a spooktacular Halloween week at The Castle.
The Knights kick off their Halloween celebrations on Thursday 29th October, with a 7:00pm face-off against the Sheffield Steeldogs, before welcoming Swindon Wildcats to the Castle on Sunday 1st November at 4:15pm to round off the Halloween weekend.
Thursday 29th October: Halloween Yorkshire Derby!
First up, the Knights welcome the Sheffield Steeldogs to The Castle for a Halloween Yorkshire derby (7:00pm face-off) in a fixture that promises plenty of excitement on and off the ice.
With league and cup points on the line adding extra importance to the occasion, there's no better way to spend Thursday evening than cheering on the Knights in a thrilling Yorkshire showdown.
We're encouraging supporters of all ages to get into the Halloween spirit by arriving in their best fancy dress! We want to see your best Halloween outfits filling the stands. There will be prizes for the best-dressed child and adult, so make sure you bring your A-game when it comes to your Halloween costume!
And that's not all. Leo the Knight will be spreading the Halloween spirit by handing out sweets, while Halloween music will help set the scene around the Castle.
Sunday 1st November: End Half-Term with Halloween Hockey
The Halloween celebrations continue on Sunday afternoon as the Knights welcome the Swindon Wildcats for the second Halloween game of the week, with a 4:15pm face-off.
It's the perfect way to bring the half-term holidays to a close, giving families one last afternoon of fun before the school routine returns on Monday morning.
Enjoy an afternoon of live ice hockey, soak up the Halloween atmosphere and make some final half-term memories at The Castle. With an earlier face-off, there's time to enjoy all the action before heading home for bath and bed, and a good night's sleep ahead of the new school week.
Halloween music will keep the spooky atmosphere going, making this another brilliant opportunity for families to experience the excitement of a Knights game.
The fixture also brings an exciting clash between last season’s play-off champions and league champions.
